Who We Are
It was founded in 1977 in Lagos - Nigeria by Rev. Dr. Obiora Ezekiel as a Pentecostal denomination fathered by God the Father in the lordship of Jesus Christ and driven by the power of the Holy Spirit with the vision of bringing deliverance to the people, creating awareness of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and preparing the saints for Rapture. All of our services are geared towards bringing this vision to fulfilment. Our Headquarters is in Lagos, Nigeria. We also have branches in other states of the federation and nations of the world.
Tenets of Faith
Christian Pentecostal Mission International preaches Christ and His birth, baptism, works, teachings, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection, ascension, rapture, second coming, millennial reign, white throne judgment, the new heaven and the new earth when Christ shall put all enemies under his feet and shall reign eternally.

REV DR OBIORA EZEKIEL (1943–2021)
Pastor, Teacher, Father
The founder and Pioneer General Overseer of Christian Pentecostal Mission International, and also a founding father of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN). He operated under the 5-fold ministry gifts as an Apostle, a Prophet, an Evangelist, a Pastor and a Teacher.]
Birth, Life & History
Born in 1943 to the family of late Mr. & Mrs. Gilbert O. Nwogu of Iruowelle village, Awka-Etiti in Idemili South LGA of Anambra State, *Rev. Dr. Obiora Ezekiel* was an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher, an astute leader, a highly principled and erudite preacher of the Gospel, who had his name written in gold through hard work, integrity, honesty and selfless service.

REV DR MERCY EZEKIEL
Rev. Dr. (Mrs.) Mercy O. Ezekiel is the current General Overseer of Christian Pentecostal Mission International. She was the pioneer National/International Coordinator of Christian Pentecostal Mission International with all the over one thousand branches in Nigeria and overseas under her administrative office.
She is the President of Pentecostal International Bible Seminary Lagos: and Founder/President of MEEZ Outreach that comprises Faith Clinic (a non-denominational outreach where people’s spiritual and physical needs are met by the Lord), Business Commission (an outreach for business men and women), Meez Empowerment Initiative, Pre-Natal Clinic for expectant mothers and others looking unto God for fruit of the womb, and Mercy Line (a charitable arm of her ministry where needs of the needy are met).
She also wrote a number of books – Power In the Word, Heart of A Champion, Prophetic Utterances – to mention a few.
She is an evangelist and pastor by calling, with proven and vibrant ministry evidenced by trails of miracles, signs and wonders.
Born in 1950, she attended Badagry Grammar School Lagos for her secondary education, and University of Lagos where she graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Music. She also bagged Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Master of Arts in Theology, and Doctor of Philosophy in Theology. Having not done in her academic pursuit, she went further and obtained another Master of Arts – this time in Christian Education – from Christian College Texas, Diploma in Pastoral Education and Chaplaincy from The International Institute of Pastoral Certificates, and a certificate from Lagos Business School in Managing People for Strategic Advantage. She also bagged World Evangelism Certificate from Morris Cerullo Mission To All The World, Christian Lady Counselor and Pastoral Cadet, Christian Pastoral Counselor and Inspector.
She was married to Rev. Dr. O. Ezekiel (of blessed memory), the Founder/Pioneer General Overseer of Christian Pentecostal Mission International, and blessed with children.
